Meal A: North African Peanut Stew with Millet

This is one of those wintry warming stews that is elevated by its base spices: cinnamon, cumin, berbere.   Simmer hearty veggies and chickpeas in a peanutty tomato sauce, add baby greens, preserved lemon, and some nutty, fluffy millet.

Meal B: Shepherd’s Pie

A hearty base of brown lentils, walnuts, herbs, and veggies is topped with creamy mashed potatoes and parsnips, and mushroom gravy.
